It’s been a busy week here at Arnold’s Attic. I couldn’t resist taking advantage of the the beautiful sunny weather – it’s perfect for drying out some of my gluing and sticking projects. I made up a batch of glue, collected together some scrummy papers and got to work on a recently revamped sewing box!
Gluing and sticking
Glueing and sticking makes me so happy!
Finally I replace the screws and washers.
All finished!
I’m so thrilled with the final result.

Wow, what a wonderful handywoman you are. And a Lancashire Lass I note. You have made a lovely job of the sewing box and the videoing is great too. Thanks.

Thank you Chuck,

I am going to have to have a look what I've done with my old sewing box! I had it when I went to college ( more years ago than I'm willing to admit to Lol!) but I can't think what I've done with it and your revamping is brilliant. Have a great crafty week and a happy woyww, Angela x16x
Thank you, I hope my post has inspired you to give it a makeover.

Thank you for your visit,
I've still going through phases of computer blackouts, so I'm catching up as and when.

Awesome job on the sewing box…A few years ago I found one and redid it. I use it to hold my Tim Holtz finds! You said you made the glue? How? I spend a ton of money on glue!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Vickie #26
Hi, thank you,
It's a glue like wall paper paste, but watered down a little.
I like the idea of keeping your treasures in it.

You've done a beautiful job on the old sewing box, Katie. I love the decoupaged papers. Nice to see what you did with this skip rescue! Thank you for your comment – yes, I am very thrilled with my studio and appreciate how fortunate I am to have such a lovely room. I just wish I had more time and energy to spend in it!!
Happy belated WOYWW,

Hi Shoshone,
Thank you for your comments.
It can be annoying when life gets in the way of our creativity 😉
